Dr. Geppert addresses all of your concerns at the time of consultation, and Rebecca talks you through your options and helps you schedule and decide which options are most convenient for you. Prior to your surgery, Dr. Geppert’s team follows up with you many times in advance to see how you are doing, if you need anything, and to remind you of things you may need to bring to surgery, etc. They remind you the night before your surgery, of course, also. On the day of your surgery, the pre-op nurse, Nick, explains your procedure thoroughly, along with your post op care and instructions. You are treated with the same care at your follow-up visits. I cannot say enough about Dr. Geppert and her staff. They will maintain the rest of my surgical aesthetic needs.

I got a breast augmentation. The whole process was very easy, and the healing process was pretty fast. She was very straightforward and professional and will tell you what she thinks is best.

I recently underwent a breast lift with implant change, and I am beyond thrilled with the outcome. This was my third surgery, and after a previous procedure with another surgeon who didn’t meet my expectations, I was nervous about trying again.

5 weeks post op from implant removal and lift. To be honest, I felt as if this surgery was necessary, but it was not something I was excited about. Went from first implants in 1993 mentor saline under the muscle to 2009 allergen natrelle 550 HP under the muscle to 2019 mentor memory shaped teardrop MH 685
INFRONT of muscle because since the beginning they never dropped and I was always having pain in my chest upper back from the implants being pushed by the muscle and I read lots of articles about women going through the same problem and having them placed infront helped so I decided to do it.
After researching for 2 years and consulting with the best breast docs in Houston TX I chose the right doctor.
Dr. Geppert was the right choice.
Her education in the medical field surpassed all her male colleagues and was the most educated and the kindest and the most affordable and also the only one who would really listen to me and what I wanted. The other docs didn’t want to do it in front and the definitely didn’t want to do the textured teardrop implants.
They wanted to do them their way which after doing this twice and paying 20$ k I wasn’t going to be persuaded by some Dr. ever again ! Dr Geppert listen to me advised me and was gentle and patient and kind with me.i turned 50 this year so I also did an upper blepheroplasty and if you’re considering that DO IT !! that was by far the best money I ever spent ! It looks SO much better ! It doesn’t hurt either. If you have a chance to consult with Dr. Geppert you won’t be disappointed the most educated yet humble and down to earth surgeon you will ever meet. I love her.

Dr Geppert took excellent care of me. I was referred to her for the plastic surgery portion of my breast cancer surgeries. She was a part of 2 lumpectomies, a bilateral mastectomy, and two reconstruction surgeries. The most outstanding portion of her care in addition to the surgery was the post surgery care. Post bilateral mastectomy care was intense, Dr. Geppert was there every minute I needed her. She responded immediately with every concern. Let me say I have gone to 3-4 doctors for my breast capsular contracture. The last doctor performed on my breast was Dr. Vitenas. He gave me a half a$$$ job but claimed he is the best, He was terrible, all he wanted is your money, DO NOT go to him. I did my research after seeing about 5 doctors, I selected Dr. Geppert and glad that I did. OMG l love her and her work and caring for her patient. I would not have it in any other way. I am 53 ( 4 kids) and loving my new body! I hate that I waited so long to do this. I always thought plastic surgery was for the rich and famous. After needing to undergo two surgeries by ENTs for the removal of Parotid Gland Tumors in my face, I was left with a partially paralyzed face, unbalanced and unsymmetrical. The movement of my face while talking caused it to distort and looked cramped when I smiled. One side drooped around my eye and the droopy lid caused fatigue on my eye. I first had implants at 26. Then, delivered twins at 31, and had my implants redone due to stretch marks. I was never happy with that augmentation. Decided to go back after a friend of mine used Dr. Geppert. I am 42, and got a reduction, and some scars fixed that I wasn’t happy with from my previous surgery at 31. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I am very happy with my results.

So being black I promised my friends and i i must go to 3 different consultations even if i choose 1rst or second. Cause first many Drs didn’t have multiple before and after pics on blacks.. so I went to Dr Weiner first but he seemed races almost the only black girl he did was horrible and he told me he couldn’t guarantee my breast would look good . I went to 2nd Dr Adam Thomas he was cool I liked him and cheap and had faith in his work. Picked him promise to go to 3rd Dr. Oliver Clayton noticed lil ants around furniture didn’t match so how couple he match up my breast he was out.. But he told me he careful who I pick gave me initials of the Dr I picked My Friend googled him he had a few deaths. Found Geppert she was not rushing answered all questions told me she does revising I had star tattoos around my nipples looked like falling stars so being she worked on previous tattooed nipples that was a plus I needed a lift but was scared of the whole anchor scar my nipples didn’t come out like cookie cutters and there is no anchor just lollipop I’m only ten months but feel my scars will heal amazing they look great no long wait she and her team was ready and perfectionist she also has a MD. Anesthesiologist and not just a certified RNA. SHE NOT EXPENSIVE my healing process was awesome she called me After and during HARVEY she cares just as much as you do all of my friends have been truing to apply for care credit anything to get her to do surgery on them looking at my before and after and I smoked everything for me went well and if I choose to do more like my butt”.. hint hint.. Rhinoplasty
I hated my nose even when I was very young. My mom and two sisters have perfect noses. I have wanted to have my done since I was very young but was so afraid, I mean it is the center of your face. I wanted to still look like me but with a better nose. Dr Geppert really listens to what you want. She asks questions and explains how she will make that happen. I truly appreciate her!!! And her staff is so nice. Very satisfied and so happy I found such a wonderful doctor so close to home.

I have been wanting a tummy tuck and lipo for years and was just too scared to do it. I went for a consultation with Dr Geppert and immediately knew I wanted her to do the surgery. She is very kind, caring and an amazing plastic surgeon. 4.5 days after mini tummy tuck and lipo I wasn’t even taking my pain meds anymore. I had very little bruising from the lipo but I can tell a huge difference and I love it! I figured I would have to ask for more pain meds because I just knew it had to be excruciating. Today is a week and I have been driving and actually worked around the house. I even went for a massage yesterday, of course is wasn’t my regular deep tissue but still feet, legs and shoulders. I was told by the girls in the office hat Dr Geppert’s technique made everything less painful and I totally agree, it did! I would totally recommend Dr Geppert 100%. Ultimately, between Dr. Geppert’s artistic, and natural abilities to make a person look better, and with reasonable prices, I have definitely picked the right plastic surgeon for me and recommend her to others. I love the way she works with you, so sweet and willing to please. She takes a lot of photos, get ready. I healed quite well, with no complications. My skin is sensitive, so I did break out with compression girdle, but, changed to spanx type garments for my tummy. I am into 5 weeks of healing, but felt really good after a couple weeks. Mommy Makeover

9 Weeks Out, Mommy Makeover Results Are Fantastic
I was turning 50 and decided to lose 50 pounds by the time my birthday rolled around. I lost 51, by eating a high protein diet (no breads, no corn, no sugar), drinking a gallon of water a day, and exercising 6 days a week with weights (Bodypump), cardio (zumba and u-jam) and core (pop pilates). I ended up weighing 135 with a lot of extra skin and slightly sagging breasts. I had 4 procedures: Tummy tuck, liposuction on flanks, breast lift and breast augmentation. I also did it with NO pain meds as I am allergic to all narcotics. The tummy tuck is AMAZING. My scar is much longer and goes onto my back due to excessive skin. However Dr. Geppert did an internal “back stitch” to close the wound and the scar, even at 9 weeks, looks fantastic. I only put “Say Yes To Carrots” moisturizer on it once a day. My tummy is so tiny and my new bellybutton is Cute. The Liposuction was the most painful but the contouring was worth it. I now have a waist and can hula hoop! I had hardly any pain with the breast lift, and that’s what I was worried most about. The scars are fading slower but they are fading. The breast size is PERFECT. I take a lot of cardio dance and did not want them to get in the way. I hardly feel them at all. THE PAIN WAS WORTH IT. IF YOU WANT IT – DO IT – DO SOMETHING FOR YOURSELF! My confidence is incredible. For the first time in my life I can’t wait for bikini season!

Exceptional Surgeon – League City, TX
I am a 24 year old mom who breastfed for 1 year, which left my breasts saggy and deflated. I am 5’4 and 137 pounds with size 34 B pre-op. Dr. Geppert was the third breast augmentation consultation I went to and I decided to choose her for several reasons. She is personable, takes the time to explain everything herself, and is professional. The procedure went smoothly and my incisions healed without any complications. Her office staff are also very sweet and were flexible with me on pre-op and post-op appointments. They allowed me to come in an additional two times to try on sizers because I was debating between two sizes (375cc and 400cc). Dr. Geppert used her best judgement and recommended I go with 400cc. Although I was afraid they would be too big, I decided to trust her and I am so glad I did because they are the perfect size and look natural. I am now a D cup and I am beyond pleased with my results. I highly recommend Dr. Geppert!

Dr. Geppert assisted with my breast cancer lumpectomy due to my breast implants. Thanks to her support and encouragement, my breast surgeon was able to perform my lumpectomy with minimum invasion. Originally, I was supposed to have two incisions. One to remove the tumor and another to perform a Sentinel Lymph Node Dissection. Due to the collaboration and teamwork of Dr. Geppert and my breast surgeon, the surgeons were able to complete all of the procedures through one incision. This meant less soreness, less scarring, and a quicker recovery time for me. The procedure was such a rarity, that my case was presented at an MD Anderson Tumor Board. Thanks to Dr. Geppert’s amazing skills, other than a small scar under my arm, you cannot even tell I had a lumpectomy. My implants were not touched, and my breast look whole. I would recommend Dr. Geppert to anyone. She made me feel whole again!

I went in for a thigh lift and arm lift; arm lift is done and doing great! Dr. Geppert and I discussed my situation and decided on a tummy tuck and then next month the thigh lift. Was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I had my heart set on doing both the tummy tuck and thigh lift together, Dr. Geppert decided two procedures would be best and I am so thankful that she did!! The tummy tuck is a little rough the week after, but gets better quick; the thigh lift was a bit more painful for me and I could not have done both of them together. We did the thigh lift on March 23rd and things are getting better every day. I am so pleased with all of my results and cannot wait to get back to normal activities!

I have always had very noticeable hollowness under my eyes since I can remember, as I’ve gotten older it’s gotten worse. Upon searching a plastic surgeon to administer my first ever round of filler I came across Dr. Geppert’s website and after 5 mins with her during my consult, I knew I’d be scheduling an appointment with Her. I also decided to do the nasolabial area and lips. She is one of those rare doctors that take their time with their patient, very down to earth, professional, and just really enjoyable to be around. She and her staff eased my nerves during my appointment and made the entire process a really great experience. My results are Amazing, she has an incredibly keen eye, and light hand. Everything was absolutely great from my consultation to the weeks after my surgery. I got a breast augmentation and she helped me pick and achieve and the perfect size breast and look for me! Everything from the lady at the front desk to the nurse and all the staff was very helpful and kind! Dr Geppert is absolutely amazing at what she does and I would defiantly recommend to anyone thinking about getting it done. I was back to work after a week of surgery and felt perfectly fine. Recent Cosmetic Surgery
My experience with Dr. Geppert was extremely positive and uplifting (no pun intended). She is a wonderful, caring surgeon with a great personality. She explained everything in a way that I could understand and although I asked many questions, she very patiently went over every concern I had about the surgery. Breast Implants
Dr. Geppert quickly made me feel comfortable and confident in her abilities. She guided me to the correct size implants for my body and we discussed thoroughly the different options. Dr. Geppert preformed laser spider vein removal procedure on me. I had spider veins the size of my hand spread out, on both thighs, front and back. The procedure took 15 minutes. The spider veins are completely gone! I am very pleased with her work. I recommend her services to anyone searching for quality results. There was no downtime other than no exercising for the following week.

Waited too long
Dr. Geppert is personable and listens to what you want out of your procedure. Since she is a female, she understands what it means to not have scars that show in a low cut or backless dress. I am very pleased, my husband as well, with the results. My only regret is I waited to long to go through with my breast reduction, one side, and lift. Results are everything I wanted and at 46 I was not too old to do it. Two of the staff are competent, one seems lost. The surgical center Dr. Geppert uses was great and gave valuable suggestions for after care. Overall, I was and still am very pleased.

Dr. Geppert is an excellent plastic surgeon. I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelids) and a face lift and the results were amazing. I was hoping to look fresher and younger but my expectations were realistic. The procedures well exceeded my expectations. There were no complications with the recovery and healing. The pain and discomfort were less than I expected. I mostly took Extra Strength Tylenol. Not only is Dr. Geppert skilled but she has a great personality. All of my friends are envious and have declared that when they have work done they want her as their surgeon. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall a very positive experience.

My whole experience with my surgery was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel very relaxed. I never had any doubts or fears. I am very very pleased with the results. Everyone I have seen since my surgery has said I look very refreshed and youthful. It all looks very natural which is exactly what I wanted. Dr. Geppert is great and listens to what you want. She and her staff are very friendly and helpful. Recovery was quick and not much pain. I was tired and slept a lot the first week after. The second week after I had my energy back and felt great.

Post Breast Augmentation

My surgery (breast implants) went very well – even after having some anxiety about having surgery. Her staff encouraged and worked with me, she was very patient and supportive and I am very pleased with the results – I am 1 month post-op.

I had a breast reduction done by Dr.Geppert and the work that she does is beyond my expectations. They look outstanding. Every time I had an appointment I was seen within ten minutes or less. Dr.Geppert always took the time to explain everything that would take place. The staff was very nice too. To top it off I let them know exactly when I needed the procedure done and they were able to meet my needs. Would highly recommend getting work done by Dr.Geppert.

Amazing Doctor
I had a breast augmentation in 2008 after I had my second son. When I was pregnant with both of my children my boobs were bigger than a DDD, and after each child they shriveled back down to a nearly B cup. When I had my first surgery it was done by a different doctor not Dr. Geppert, and I knew something was not right about the way my implants looked right away. There was a lot of extra skin and they were spilling out of my bra and bathing suits. When I went in for my consultation with my first surgeon he said that I should get implants, as well as a lift, because of the extra skin from each of my pregnancies, but I could go without the lift and they would look fine. I decided to just get the implants, and I decided on 375cc saline implants. I ignored the issues I was having after my surgery, and I just thought that I would deal with the extra skin issues, because they looked decent with clothes on. After 2 years my implants started dropping even more, and they made a very strange squishy sound. They were also very heavy, and my bra straps started leaving indentions in my shoulders. After a few more years my boobs started sagging even more, and eventually my 375cc implants that were hanging halfway down to my belly button. I was wearing a 34 DDD bra, and I could not wear the clothes, bathing suits, or even bras that I wanted. I found myself hating them, and I did not even want my husband to look at them. I went to Dr. Geppert and I was really happy to find a woman plastic surgeon in my area. She walked in the room and knew right away what issue I was having by the way my boobs looked in the robe. She was very understanding and listened to what I was feeling, and what I was going through over the past 5 years with these implants. She gave me her advice about what I should do, and she said with the amount of extra skin I had before my first augmentation I should have had a lift to begin with. The extra skin over time was getting pulled down even more from the implants, and the implants were completely out of the pocket that was created in the first surgery. She explained what she was going to do, and the difference between silicone and saline. I decided I wanted her to exchange my saline implants with 400CC Silicone implants, and she was also going to do a breast lift to remove the extra skin. The day of the surgery she was very supportive, because she knew I was nervous. I knew as soon as the dressing was taken off that my new boobs looked amazing. My husband took one look at them, and said they looked amazing even with the tape on them. I healed very well and was back to work after 4 days. I went to my follow up appointments, and Dr. Geppert answered all of my questions about how long my recovery would take, and what I could expect in the next few weeks. When I went for my 6 week follow-up appointment Dr. Geppert clipped the strings from the stitches, and she was just as excited as I was about my results. I even started crying and I told her she changed my life in such a great way. I couldn’t have asked for better results, and now I have perfect size D boobs. They are very natural looking and feeling, and they fit my body perfectly. Dr. Geppert gave me exactly what I wanted, and I am very grateful to her, because I feel like I have my life back. I feel good about what I am wearing, and I can run around with my children, workout, and go swimming without having to tug at my bra or bathing suit top. Thank you Dr. Geppert for being such an amazing doctor. I know this is a long review, but I wanted to my experience with my previous surgery, and how Dr. Geppert helped me so much.

Best doctor ever!
I was very anxious about my appointment. I was very surprised to find such a compassionate, friendly, open professional. Dr. Geppert was straight forward and discussed all pros and cons of my procedure. All the nurses told me how lucky I was to have such a wonderful sweet doctor. Being a nurse myself I knew they were right. Everything was great and she always put my safety first. Her staff are awesome too! I will happily return to her and refer a friend or family member.

Ruptured Silicone explant
30 year old silicone breast implants. They needed to be replaced years ago. Dr. Geppert did a great job. Replaced them with saline implants. Very little pain & they look beautiful & feel very natural. Very happy with everything!

I found Dr. Geppert to be very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to, I was always greeted with a smile. She did a remarkable job on removing a very large and ugly scar. I did a follow up visit with Dr. Geppert were she removed some support tape on the surgery area and it actually gave me a chance to look at the surgery for the first time, my reaction was “Wow” I couldn’t believe the difference and I am so satisfied with what she has done for me. I recommend Dr. Geppert to anyone who is looking for a great and knowledgeable plastic surgeon with a great attitude and a very down to earth personality.

A Ten Star Experience
Dr. Geppert has been instrumental in bringing me through a double mastectomy and breast reconstruction with extraordinarily good results. Given the extreme measures taken during the mastectomy, I was left with very little “material” to work with but Dr. Geppert expertly fashioned new breasts. To say I am pleased would be an understatement. Mid-point through the expansion process in preparation for reconstruction, I gave myself a gift of a mini face lift. What an amazing difference. Awesome
I was scared like most and did my research as well as shopped around for different Dr’s. I had just came from a Dr’s office that was very fancy and expensive but Dr. Geppert was very personable, well informative and took her time explaining everything to me. She wasn’t in a rush to get my money, she was very interested and concerned with what I wanted. I absolutely love my results and think her surgery turned out better than most I have reviewed.

She LISTENS to you! She has GREAT surgical TALENT! She performed breast reconstruction on me. 1st surgery was the tissue expander. 2nd surgery was the implant and final surgery was the nipple reconstruction along with a fat transfer. NONE of my fat died from the fat transfer. Do the research, you have to have the right skills and touch for a complete success on a fat transfer. My implants look real. I followed her suggestions and I am very pleased! It has been over 18 months and both breasts are softer and more relaxed. I can wear a 2 piece bathing suit and NO ONE can tell the difference! I cannot express enough-this woman has TALENT!! Her staff are professionals and always friendly. Wait time in lobby is less than 5 min. Any questions or concerns are address immediately. Dr. G is the best. My breasts were so large that I was unable to stand for more than 3-4 hours at a time without severe pain. I am petite, so the size of my breasts were even more magnified. I am almost 2 months post-op, and feel like I am reborn. We looked at my before and after pics today, and I was mortified at the way I looked before surgery. I no longer dread getting dressed and going out in public. This is what normal people feel like. I love you Dr G. you gave me a whole new life. Thank You!!!!

Dr. Geppert is a genius, and a true artist. She truly enjoys her work and changing people’s lives. Why did I wait so long? Amazing Experience
My girlfriend had been wanting a breast reduction for a long time, and I’m so glad we came here. Her office was comfortable and her office staff was welcoming and willing to help in any way they could. We received an estimate on cost on the first day of consultation. Dr. Geppert was very thorough and happy to answer any questions we had about recovery or the operation. We were able to make a surgery appointment very quickly and their financing options were very easy to set up. One month after surgery she is feeling great and looks and feels so much better. There were follow up appoints once a week for a few weeks after and continued to care for and make sure she was happy. She only wishes she had done it sooner!

I scheduled my appointment when deployed overseas with the military and explained the small window to accomplish my surgery due to my short time off. Her staff was very nice and scheduled me an appointment. Upon my return I saw Dr. Geppert and the surgery was scheduled within days. Dr. Geppert was so easy to talk to and did not rush me.
